Hey there new friends!
I'm Megan Little. I work with companies across the country, facilitating thoughtfully designed workshops to help organizations achieve their business goals. I'm passionate about human-centered design and have a background in journalism and research; two skills that lend themselves to fully understanding the challenges and opportunities that affect a business. I earned my MA in Emerging Media Design and Development from Ball State University and a BA in Media and Public Communication from Purdue University. Along with my team, I engages thousands of stakeholders each year as the Design Research Manager at elements. From start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, I love guiding decision makers through the design thinking process to help their organizations reimagine the workplace with employees at the center.
